Directions for accessing Invoices within the CJ Support Center:

1. From within the CJ Account Manager, click on the ‘?’ in the upper right corner, just to the left of your name. 

2. This will pass you into our Support Center where you will see a tab for “My Invoices”.

3. You can click into the ‘Invoice Number’ link to view more information on the Invoice Line Items, while also being able to download the pdf.

You can add a new User to the CJ Account Manager in order for them to view Invoices from within the Support Center.
